We are looking for a Senior Analyst for a groundbreaking L1 protocol to play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and strategic decision-making within the organization. This position is key in shaping our analytics function, both internally and externally, by building dashboards, developing actionable narratives, and supporting a broader analytics community.


As a Senior Analyst, you will be the primary builder and maintainer of their analytics presence, helping the ecosystem understand key trends and enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and execute strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

- Build and automate performance dashboards to track ecosystem and business metrics.

- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to support ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting needs.

- Lead advanced analytics projects to optimize decision-making processes.

- Source, coordinate, and manage developer contributions as needed to enhance analytics capabilities.

- Support and coordinate the analytics community, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.


Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, fintech, payments, or high-growth organizations in a quantitative or analytical role.

- Expert SQL proficiency with experience in building data pipelines, running queries, and updating dashboards.

- Strong skills in Python or R, and Excel; experience with Looker or other data visualization tools.

- Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights in a clear and actionable manner to various audiences.

- Experience working with public datasets and blockchain analytics platforms (e.g., Dune, Flipside, Big Query) is a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, assess customer behaviors, and evaluate business impacts.

- Self-starter mindset with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
