Job Description

The Ecosystem Marketer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of projects within the company’s ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for curating marketing campaigns, building relationships with key ecosystem projects, and fostering community engagement.

The Ecosystem Marketer will collaborate closely with internal teams, project leads, and partners to ensure each project gains the visibility and support needed. This role demands a combination of content creation, social media strategy, event management, and coordination with PR teams to amplify the reach and impact of ecosystem projects.


Responsibilities

End-to-End Marketing for Ecosystem Projects:

  • The Ecosystem Marketer will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for ecosystem projects, including social media, content creation, and public relations initiatives.
  • They will lead the creation and management of content across various platforms to promote ecosystem projects effectively.
  • They will design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth, engagement, and visibility for key projects.

Ecosystem Campaign Curation:

  • The Ecosystem Marketer will work directly with ecosystem projects to design and execute campaigns that maximize reach and engagement within the community.
  • They will ensure brand consistency and messaging across all ecosystem projects.
  • Collaborating with partners on cross-project marketing initiatives, the Ecosystem Marketer will foster growth and enhance collaboration.

Community Engagement and Social Media:

  • The Ecosystem Marketer will actively engage with the community through platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram to promote ecosystem projects.
  • They will create and share engaging content that drives community participation and project awareness.
  • They will support community-driven initiatives, including hackathons and user-generated content campaigns, to deepen engagement.

Showcase Ecosystem Achievements:

  • The Ecosystem Marketer will highlight success stories, key metrics, and use cases of ecosystem projects through content and public relations efforts.
  • They will develop case studies, reports, and visual content to demonstrate the growth and impact of the ecosystem.
  • They will provide ongoing support to ecosystem projects by promoting their milestones and achievements.


Requirements

Marketing Expertise:

  • A strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies, particularly within the Ethereum ecosystem and Layer 2 solutions.
  • Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns for tech-driven projects, including social media strategy, content creation, and public relations.
  • The ability to create high-quality marketing content (blog posts, case studies, videos) that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Community Engagement:

  • Proven experience in engaging and growing communities through social media, events, and community-driven campaigns.
  • The ability to develop and manage community-focused initiatives that support project growth and user engagement.
  • Experience working with platforms like Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and other community channels.

Collaborative Approach:

  • The Ecosystem Marketer must have experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to align marketing efforts with project goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build relationships with ecosystem project teams and external partners.
  • Experience coordinating with external PR agencies to promote ecosystem milestones and success stories.

Additional Skills:

  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Versatile and experienced: Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and navigating organizational dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, both for internal collaboration and external client engagement.
  • Passionate about the future of blockchain technology and the Web3 movement.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for conferences, events, and ecosystem gatherings.
