Role Overview: The Technology & Backend Lead will drive the company’s wireless connectivity service architecture, backend development, and cloud integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend architectures to support decentralized connectivity.
• Lead backend development using Python, Java, or Node.js, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Oversee the integration of cloud platforms and database systems, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical roadmaps and guiding backend initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies to support fast-paced development and deployment cycles.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in backend development, particularly with scalable systems in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Proven success in designing and implementing backend architectures that support large-scale applications.
• Strong leadership experience, including managing technical teams and driving backend development initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar project management frameworks.
