Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining the user experience and user interface for our products. Working alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll craft intuitive, user-centric designs that make complex DeFi processes more accessible, enhance security, and foster user engagement. This role demands a deep understanding of DeFi, exceptional design skills, and a user-first approach to create industry-leading experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Spearhead the design of new features and improvements from concept through delivery, ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiences across products.
• User-Centered Approach: Conduct research to develop user personas, uncovering the needs and motivations of DeFi users to inform design direction.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to quickly visualize ideas and gather feedback in early development stages.
• UI/UX Optimization: Refine interfaces to simplify complex interactions, optimize user flows, and promote security.
• Collaborative Design Process: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to guide design improvements, iterate on product features, and measure design effectiveness.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and engaging experience across user touchpoints.

Requirements

• DeFi & Web3 Experience: Comprehensive understanding of DeFi protocols and blockchain-based products, with prior experience in DeFi or blockchain design preferred.
• Proven Product Design Experience: 3+ years in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX skills across web and mobile platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with front-end technologies and collaboration with engineers is a plus.
• User Research Skills: Experience in user research, usability testing, and applying insights to elevate design.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage product data and user behavior insights to guide design choices.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive approach to solving design challenges and incorporating feedback.
